Our Inspiration

In 2023, Nairobi-based Coffee & Paste was born, kindled by the vision of Nyambura and Robert. Inspired by their profound love for coffee and a desire to infuse a sense of celebration into each cup, they embarked on this extraordinary journey.

Our Process

We don't follow a strict pattern, we follow our taste and collaborate with local farmers, roasters and baristas. Our coffees are meticulously chosen, each one telling a unique story that captivates our senses and imagination. They play a vital role in bringing the hard work of our producers into the spotlight. Our coffees are not just flavours; they're stories waiting to be told.

Join Us

Join the Coffee & Paste movement, as we invite you to join us on this exciting journey as we reimagine the coffee experience, embrace the rich diversity of Kenyan coffee, and share stories that awaken your senses. Welcome to Coffee & Paste—where every cup tells a story, and every sip is an adventure.

About

Why Coffee & Paste?

Being used to savouring the best Kenyan coffee abroad, in the UK, Switzerland, Greece, the US, and beyond, we realised it was time for a change. It's time for people in Kenya to enjoy the excellence of Kenyan coffee right here in Kenya. While the best beans are still being exported, we believe they should also be accessible locally. Hence, Coffee & Paste was born. Collaborating with international specialty coffee roasters and shops, our mission is to "paste" the same remarkable coffee that's being offered at astounding prices in places like Tokyo, Paris, and Zurich, into Nairobi, making it accessible to Nairobians.
